This is the privacy side of our policy. The cookie table and consent controls are above. Here we cover what data CoinCasinoHub collects beyond cookies, why, and what control you have over it. Last updated: 26/6-26.
What we collect and why
We keep data collection to what the site actually needs:
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read, where visitors come from, and what is broken. This only runs if you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner. The data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
- Email you send us. If you email [email protected], we keep that message and your address so we can reply. Nothing more.
- Affiliate link clicks. When you click through to a casino or skin site, the destination may set its own tracking so it can credit the referral. That tracking belongs to them, under their privacy policy, not ours.
- Server and security logs. Our host (Hostinger) and CDN (Cloudflare) keep standard logs (IP address, browser, time) to run the site and block abuse. This is normal hosting infrastructure, not marketing.
We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles on you.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for statistics cookies and analytics (you opt in through the banner). We rely on legitimate interest for basic security logging and for replying to emails you choose to send. You can withdraw consent any time, see the next section.
Cookies and consent
The full cookie list, what each one does, and how long it stays is in the table at the top of this page. You can change or withdraw your choice any time by reopening the consent banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics specifically. Blocking statistics cookies will not break the site.
Affiliate disclosure
CoinCasinoHub makes money through affiliate links. If you sign up to a site through one of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That commission never buys a higher ranking. Our Top 3 is closed to payment, and our scores come from real testing, not deals. We tell you this here and on our reviews because it is the honest thing to do.
Who we share data with
We do not share your data with anyone for their own marketing. The third parties involved in running the site are Google (analytics), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and Hostinger (hosting). Each processes data under their own privacy terms. Some of these providers are based outside the EU, in which case transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place (such as standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep data
Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ retention settings. Emails you send are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and then deleted. Security logs are short-lived and rotated by the host. We do not hold onto personal data longer than there is a reason to.
Embedded content
Some pages may embed content from other sites, such as a video or a social post. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited that other site directly, so it can set its own cookies and track your interaction with it under its own rules, not ours.
Social media
We link to our X account and may use social share buttons. If you interact with those, the platform handles that under its own privacy terms. We will never ask for sensitive personal details through social media, so if you need to reach us about your data, email is the right channel.
External links
This site links out to casinos, skin sites and other resources. We try to link only to places worth your time, but we cannot control or vouch for what happens once you leave. Clicking an external link is at your own risk, and their privacy terms apply once you are on their site.
Age requirement
Gambling content is for adults only. This site is intended for people who are 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in their country, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
Changes to this policy
When our setup changes (a new tool, a new analytics provider), we update this page and the date at the top. The cookie table above reflects the current state automatically.
